You could tell them, talk to them about how you're feeling? I think they will really understand and help you. Just remember suicide should be a last resort. Can you talk to them?
I've found sharing difficult feelings creates stronger bonds,, even when it's painful. And It leaves one less thing unsaid. Death shoud not involve or inflict more guilt than it needs to.
