Alabama carried out its 3rd nitrogen gas (N2). So far, all have been successful once the convict stops holding his breath.

How long until the Sarco becomes available??? Florian Willet is still being detained some 60 days after its first (and successful) use. Maybe he should contact the German embassy in Switzerland (or ask German officials Swiss embassy in Germany?) to get them to either charge and prosecute him or let him go. (IIRC Willet is a German national.)

I have a hard time believing what prison officials report regarding suffering or the lack thereof. I also read what the sarco guy had to say about it (as a method of assisted suicide and as an execution technique) and it seems like propaganda all around. How can he condemn the execution technique but promote it as a painless method of assisted suicide?
