Help 250 liter inert gas cylinder

Is 250 liters of research grade helium enough? Not sure if it makes a difference, I will have regulator to insure that gas isn't flowing without a breath being taken.

How much would be needed for this method?

Well, recommended is 15 litres per minute for at least 30 minutes. My tank is 820L to make sure I ctb.

Nitrogen. I have everything but the tank and some elastic and tape. Tank is supposed to be shipped soon, and I'll probably get the elastic and tape tomorrow.

5l Helium compressed with 200 bar = 1000l uncompressed, runs 66 min. with 15l/min.
